Richard Day PhD, BSc,  CEO

Richard has 16 years of experience within the diagnostics/pharma industry and author of several patent applications in the field of biosensors.  He gained his PhD from renowned Cranfield Biotechnology Institute, and worked for Professor Tony Turner, inventor of blood glucose biosensor.  After graduating he worked for GlaxoSmithKline identifying and developing new technologies to accelerate drug discovery and manufacturing.   Most recently he worked for J&J, and was involved with technology development and acquisition.

Emma Green, BEng,  MIET, COO

Emma has 15 years experience of innovating, developing and launching products to market.  She has an Engineering degree from Brunel, and specialised in sensor technology.  Since graduating Emma has worked for TI group, Ford Motor Company and Johnson and Johnson (J&J).  Whilst working for J&J developing medical devices she received awards for innovation as well as becoming a certified Six Sigma “Black Belt”
